About the role
As an UI (Email) Designer at OKTOBER, you're playing an important role in execution Email & Retention Marketing strategies for Shopify Scale-ups. You'll be in charge of designing email campaigns, automations and pop-ups for multiple brands.
In this role, you'll work closely together with our Retention Strategists to translate briefings and copy to highly engaging Email Designs.
We work with Figma.

About you
It’s important you have a strong background in UI Design. And have at least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience, for example, as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or Email Graphic Designer.
Responsiblities:
You are the main designer for 6-8 clients
You develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output
You work together with Retention Strategists to bring vision and strategy to life
You analyze purchasing behavior and performance data to roll out new initiatives for your clients
Succes Looks Like
You hit deadlines consistently or flag it on time when it's gonna be tight
You're being pro-active with new design initiatives (e.g. looking for inspiration and sharing it w/ the team)
You're not just 'adding copy to templates', but really care about making something you're proud of.
